Available Items is a design store and gallery in Tivoli, NY. Founded by Chad Phillips and Kristin Coleman in 2022 as a place to champion contemporary design and reflect how people actually live, the store offers an eclectic mix of furniture, art, and objects - largely by small New York studios - alongside interesting vintage pieces and books on art, architecture, and the decorative arts. Through its fresh curation, group exhibitions, and collaborative projects, the store has become a hub for people to connect and a destination for contemporary design in the Hudson Valley.
